At Fasaana, our jewelry is designed and crafted in India by master artisans whose expertise has been shaped over generations. We combine modern design sensibility with time-honored techniques, creating pieces that feel distinctive, contemporary, and enduring.
Where Every Piece Begins
Every design starts with a sketch. This first sketch defines proportion, movement, and character — the foundation of the piece.
From there, it is translated into a detailed CAD (Computred -Aided design) model, where artistry meets engineering. Every millimeter is refined. Every angle is considered. Balance, strength, and stone placement are perfected long before the piece is physically created.
From CAD, a wax model is developed — the first physical form of the design. Depending on the complexity, stones may be embedded at this stage or prepared for precise setting later in the process.
The wax model then enters the casting process. Molten metal is poured with precision, forming the core structure of the jewelry.
What emerges is raw — strong but unfinished.
